My non-profit is stuck

Backstory: 7 years ago, I began forming like-minded CEO peer groups in the Triangle. Among the 50+ members, & hundreds of thousands employees across the first groups, several not-for- profit CEOs enjoyed--- and substantially contributed to---our group learning experience & influence.
