My non-profit is stuck

Do you lead a not-for-profit (NFP) organization in the Triangle?

Backstory: 7 years ago, I began forming like-minded CEO peer groups in the Triangle. Among the 50+ members, & hundreds of thousands employees across the first groups, several not-for- profit CEOs enjoyed--- and substantially contributed to---our group learning experience & influence.

Yet you told us that you were different. You said, "We're mission driven, building community assets, rather than owner equity. We need leadership development. We're stewards, not owners & we serve at the pleasure of a Board."

Cumulatively, in 2017, the top 50 Triangle based public charitable orgs exceeded $1.5B in revenue
